Had a great wod with Bic Sablan yesterday. 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 with HSPU and strict pullups. Pretty sick wod! Definitely a strength focused workout. Definitely gonna hit this again in the near future due to NOT having LEGIT technique. My time was 15:28 and Bic's time was15:48. Great workout, once again! Stay tuned for more!

I was just able to gain access to a working computer! Here are some things I came across in New York City while visiting my sister. Its called the Bokeh effect where the subject is detailed while the background is blurred out. Enjoy!

I was able to witness two crazy huge features that exist on Earth. The Hoover dam was ridiculous because I can’t imagine how much concrete was used to create such a permanent feature. The Meteor Crater was insane because as you approach it, it look somewhat minuscule. I imagined the crater to protrude from the earth as the crater on Oahu protrudes from the earth. After looking into the crater itself, I was obviously wrong. Stay tuned for high resolution pictures:)
